green curry

Green curry is a type of Thai curry food. Compose of meat such as chicken, pork, beef, meatballs and vegetables such as eggplant, bamboo shoots, coconut shoots, add with coconut milk, seasoned with sugar, fish sauce, kaffir lime leaves and basil leaves. The taste is sweet, oily, salty, spicy. Popularly eaten with steamed rice or Thai rice noodle. The curry is green because fresh green chilies are used to make the curry paste. It is a food that is popular with both Thais and foreigners.
